2012 Flower Girl Dresses for Spring Weddings

Choosing to get married in the Spring will be one of the biggest decisions you make when planning your special day. And with so many inspiring colours and themes to choose from, a fall or Spring wedding can be beautiful and much more original than a winter wedding.
The flower girls were symbols of youth and innocence and they also symbolized the transition of the young bride-to-be from childhood to woman and motherhood. So choosing a perfect Spring flower girl dress is one of the most important parts of your preparation for the spring wedding. Here I wish to share several pieces of advice with you about how to select Spring flower girl dresses for weddings. I wish you would enjoy it.

First, the color selection is important. We all know that red, green, and white are the main Christmas schemes. Silver and gold are, of course another set of obvious shades. However, silver, white, and blue are a popular combination. Green and white and peach also compliment each other subtly. Colors set in trios can blend well with holiday festivities without doing the red and green overkill. Sage and pink also blend quite perfectly while allowing almost any other colors to be added. Don’t limit yourself to traditional colors.
The parents of the flower girls should pay close attention to the material of the dress. More often than not, this will be the first formal gown a little girl will wear and you never know how she will react. Will the fabric itch, scratch or otherwise irritate her skin? No one expects the flower girl to act like an adult, but if she is uncomfortable, it will show during the ceremony and in the pictures. It is also important to consider the season. Rich, heavy fabrics like taffeta or satom are great for Spring weddings. They are comfortable and they will keep the flower girls warm.
